What happens when my 7-day trial ends?
Your data stays exactly where it is. The account becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but you can't add new entries until you buy a license. Email info@mandraled.com and we'll get your family set up.
How do I pay for a license?
Email info@mandraled.com with the address you signed up with. We'll reply with payment details and activate your family's license for a full year once payment is received.
Who counts as one of the 4 family members?
Anyone who joins your family workspace, including you. One license covers the income and expenses of up to four people, such as two partners and two children, or you, your spouse and your parents.
What if my license lapses?
Nothing is deleted. You keep read-only access to all your data for a year after the license ends, so you can look back at past spending whenever you need to. Renew at any time to pick up where you left off.
Can family members see my personal expenses?
No. Your personal workspace is only visible to you. Family members see only what's logged in the shared family workspace.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Synodic works in any mobile browser, and there's an Android app that shares your account and workspaces, so an expense logged on your phone shows up on the web straight away.
